• Head of the outpatient counseling clinic “Baby Blues” – crisis intervention in the postpartum period. Here I am the contact person for women and their relatives who have fallen into a crisis after giving birth for various reasons, who are looking for a possible way out and want change.

To give those affected the space in which they can express themselves, to encourage them that a crisis-ridden and turbulent time can also offer good opportunities for desired changes and to draw attention together to resources and skills that are always already available, but which may currently seem hidden or unavailable.

The counseling session is intended to strengthen affected parents to become aware of their own skills, but also to engage with the new life situation with less high demands and expectations.
