A balanced pelvis facilitates the entry of the baby’s head during birth. Rhythmokinetics is therefore an excellent preparation. Conscious breathing also helps you to cope better with the pain of labor and ensures an optimal oxygen supply for you and your child.

The effects of rhythmokinetics are also particularly valuable during your pregnancy, as the body’s statics have to be constantly readjusted. It makes it easier for you to find a new equilibrium and stay “in balance”. This also helps you to prevent various pregnancy complaints such as sciatic pain or oedema.
