For a variety of reasons, not all births go as we would have wished. Sometimes, despite all the joy of having a baby, stressful memories remain. Perhaps we are expecting or would like to have another child, but are worried about the upcoming birth because of our previous experiences.

This service is aimed at women who have had difficult or stressful experiences during childbirth or with a caesarean section.
You can approach this topic in a protected, confidential setting and try to clarify any unanswered questions. This and, if necessary, learning and practicing special coping strategies as well as stress-reducing mindfulness and relaxation exercises can help you process the events better. In this way, you can regain more security for yourself and strength for everyday life with your family.
If you are planning or expecting your next child, you can gain more clarity about your wishes and expectations for the upcoming birth and prepare yourself accordingly.

If you wish, your partner can also take part in one or more sessions.
