Hypnobirthing


This course aims to support you in regaining a deep trust in your body’s natural abilities and to make the birth of your child a positive, powerful and fulfilling experience.
Hypnobirthing is a holistic method that combines breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, self-hypnosis, visualizations and affirmations to optimally support the body’s work before, during and after birth. This can reduce anxiety and tension and boost confidence, calm and well-being. The various techniques promote the body’s own release of endorphins, which can facilitate your relaxation and reduce the sensation of pain.
To deepen and practise what you have learned at home, you will receive several audio files with instructions for deep relaxation and self-hypnosis.

This course is aimed exclusively at pregnant women.
