We offer you a targeted fitness and well-being training program that is tailored to your condition during pregnancy. If there are no medical reasons against it, every pregnant woman with a good basic condition can take part in this course up to the birth.

The well-being provided by exercise not only strengthens the expectant mother, the baby also benefits from the improved oxygen uptake. You will start the birth with good stamina and you will be fit again more quickly after the birth.

This course can be attended from the 13th week of pregnancy.

The on-site courses have been recognized as a prevention course according to § 20 of the German Social Security Code (SGB) V by various health insurance companies. Health insurance companies recognized. A pro rata reimbursement of costs may be possible if you attend 2 course blocks from this series. These must both take place with the same course instructor, otherwise a certificate cannot be issued. The online courses are excluded from this regulation!
