Back fit for pregnant women


In this course, the important deep muscles are addressed to adequately support and protect the spine, and special mobilization exercises are learned to get the spine in balance or to keep it in balance.

With the combination of the two different methods, the back can be both supported and mobilized.

We will also focus on the pelvis, which can be rebalanced through gentle exercises together with breathing. Exercises from the field of rhythmokinetics will help us here.

With these “body’s own possibilities”, back pain can be reduced and well-being increased so that you can enjoy your pregnancy again.the level of exertion in this course is rather moderate so that women with already acute back problems can also be addressed.
