In my antenatal classes, it is important to me to give parents-to-be a realistic idea of birth and the postpartum period, to strengthen their confidence in the power of the female body and to prepare couples for their new life as a family. Far away from the often feared so-called “panting courses”, I would like to give the growing family the opportunity in my weekly course times to exchange ideas with other couples who are in a similar stage of life and at the same time receive important information. With support from all sides, it is possible to look forward to the birth and the postpartum period in a relaxed and, above all, joyful way.
