This interval training will work your whole body, challenge your cardiovascular system and stimulate fat burning. Special attention is paid here to the parts of the body that are heavily stressed by pregnancy and childbirth, such as the pelvic floor and core muscles.
It is important that your baby is carried safely and healthily. The trainer will be happy to help you with this in the first lesson if you have any questions.
This course can be attended in parallel with postnatal gymnastics.
